ForwardSlash Templates offer two types of licences for their products.

• Normal purchase or single-use licence for products purchased with a 'normal price' or products purchased with a non-exclusive price. This type of purchase enables you to use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to you or your client. If you wish to use that same template again on another project that is not connected with the previous, you must purchase another licence.

• Exclusive purchase gives you a buy-out purchase licence which guarantees you as being the last person to buy that product. After an exclusive purchase, the template is removed from our database and is not available to our customers again in any shape or form. Exclusive purchase offers you the right to use the template as many times as you wish on any project. However you cannot re-sell or redistribute the template in any way or form.

All imagery, clipart and fonts used within our templates are royalty free and have been sourced from royalty free websites. The imagery, clipart and fonts that have been used on our templates are for demonstration purposes only. You may use them on your project.

Some of the images and illustrations used in templates come as is, in a single layer, and may not be available as a fully editable separate file.

Fonts used on each template are also provided with the purchase. You will need to install the fonts onto your machine of you wish to use them. The fonts are only provided in the format presented, we cannot supply any variations of the font or format. We are not responsible for any fonts that are unable to install or fonts that cause a malfunction on your machine.

Any software that has been used to produce a template is clearly displayed on the 'details' page for each template. For editing templates, images, flash animations or any other aspect of a template, you will need proper software and skills. If not, the alternative is to hire someone to do it for you. We would recommend that you use our services for our templates.

You are only authorised to make modifications to the template(s) you have purchased to fit your needs or the needs of a client.

In case of any missing, corrupt or damaged files from the customer side, we will be able to provide you with replacement template data. This will be in the format of an email containing the original template files that you first received in a compressed zip folder. We do not offer a data back-up service so if files have been lost, corrupt or damaged, we cannot repair or replace the files to the modifications you made.

ForwardSlash Templates cannot be held accountable for any loss of files, damage or corruption to files due to any circumstances.

You may not claim intellectual property or exclusive ownership over any of the templates featured on this site. All templates featured here are property of ForwardSlash Templates.

Since all the templates featured on this site are sent to the customer digitally, we do not offer any refund to the customer once a template has been sent via email. Please make sure you have read all the information provided for the template.
