1. What are the advantages of buying a website template?

The main advantage is price. When you purchase a website template from us, you will get a high quality design without paying the high price. You will also save money on hiring a web designer or web design studio. Another advantage is time-frame; it can usually take a designer up to a month to produce a website of such quality, whereas with buying a template, the design work is already done!

 

2. What do I receive when I order a template?

After payment has been received and approved, you will be sent a confirmation email containing information of your purchase and a direct download link to the template zip files. The zip files will contain all the development files and website files used to produce the website template. In order to open the zip files, you will need unzipping software such as Winzip (for windows) or Stuffit Expander (for Mac).

 

3. Can I refund my oder(s)?

Since all templates are sent digitally, they are non-refundable. However, files can be replaced if damaged or lost, simply log into your control panel and access your ‘downloads’ page, or you could send us an email.

 

4. What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates?

You may:

  • Use a template to build your own website, or a website of a client in any way you wish.
  • Modify or customise the template to suite your needs or the needs of your client.

 

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute. This would be against our licensing agreement.
  • Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products sold on this website are property of the designers who have listed the templates.
  • Place these templates on any website in a complete or archived downloadable format.

5. What methods of payment are available?

We accept payment through Paypal and Google Checkout.

If you have used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us.
